MANILA, Philippines — In his third State of the Province Address (SOPA), Pangasinan Governor Ramon Guico III expressed gratitude to the approximately 3.2 million residents of Pangasinan for their support in advancing various provincial programs.

He emphasized the significance of collective efforts in achieving accomplishments as the province's leader.

During his term, Governor Guico has invigorated sectors including tourism, agriculture, healthcare, education, peace and order, infrastructure, environmental management, livelihood development, investment, employment, social services, and disaster risk reduction.

Notable among his initiatives are legacy projects and the Government Unified Incentives for Medical Consultation (GUIconsulta), a medical service program designed to enhance healthcare access for residents.

Guico stressed his commitment to promoting health programs aimed at safeguarding the welfare of the Pangasinense people.

He also noted plans to bolster salt production, which he expects to stimulate tourism in the province.

In a related development, the Pinoy Partylist has pledged to ensure that no citizen, particularly those from indigenous communities, is left behind in their advocacy for quality education, employment opportunities, and healthcare access.

The partylist group aims not only to secure representation in Congress but also to serve as a voice for marginalized populations, enhancing their quality of life.
