Rosemarie Peligrino, known as the 'Imburnal Girl' for her viral incident involving a fall into a sewer, has recently sold a cutter blade to entrepreneur and content creator Boss Toyo for ₱10,000.

This transaction was documented in a vlog on Boss Toyo's channel, 'Pinoy Pawnstar.' Peligrino visited Toyo personally to conduct the sale, indicating that the cutter blade was an essential tool for her informal business activities.

During the transaction, Boss Toyo observed cuts on Peligrino's wrist, which led him to inquire about her lifestyle choices.

Peligrino acknowledged her previous substance use but clarified that it was not a daily habit, particularly noting that it had not interfered with her work when she was using the cutter.

Toyo advised Peligrino to consider prioritizing her family and future children, urging her to change her lifestyle for the better.

He referenced a financial assistance package worth ₱80,000 that she received from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), emphasizing the importance of making the most of the opportunities granted to her.

The original offer from Boss Toyo for the cutter blade was ₱5,000, but Peligrino requested ₱10,000, to which Toyo consented.

Following the sale, he requested her signature on the cutter blade as he planned to display it along with other notable items from celebrities in a museum he is building.

The recent revelations about Peligrino's substance use have led to increased scrutiny of the financial support provided by the DSWD.

Many critics argue that the funds should be allocated to individuals who are deemed more deserving of assistance.

DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian had previously met with Peligrino to personally deliver the financial aid from their 'Pag-abot Program,' aimed at helping individuals start their own businesses, such as a sari-sari store.
