And Merz thinks this is scary? Please. Putin is probably yawning, sipping tea, and laughing at the German habit of mistaking paperwork for power. Meanwhile, ordinary Germans are stuck footing the bill for energy and inflation, while Moscow shrugs.
But hey, nothing screams serious statecraft like repeating the same move for the 19th time and expecting the Kremlin to suddenly fold.
