New Appointments in Philippine Government: Solicitor General and DHSUD Secretary Sworn In
Atty. Darlene Marie Berberabe appointed as Solicitor General, while Jose Ramon Aliling takes over as DHSUD Secretary.

Darlene Marie Berberabe as the new Solicitor General of the Philippines.

Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin indicated that Aliling is not new to the DHSUD, having previously overseen the National Housing Program, known as the 4Ph Program, as well as the Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli project.
Aliling is also the President and CEO of Jose Aliling Construction Management Group of Companies and was recognized as the youngest President of the Construction Management Association of the Philippines.
He is a past recipient of The Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines award in the field of Civil Engineering.
